It is an exciting time for the Charity as they launch their new 5 Year Roadmap, at the heart of which is their bold new vision. The animation clearly sets out their roadmap – the five areas that the Charity will focus on in the next five years to deliver the greatest impact. We love working with our friends at Crohn’s and Colitis to help them improve the lives of people living with Crohn’s and Colitis today and to work towards a world free from Crohn’s and Colitis tomorrow.
