Where hope meets help.
The MS Society asked us to produce a film to promote their brand and to be used as a fundraising tool. To convey what it’s really like to live with MS, we opted for a participant-led narrative – an approach we’ve found has the biggest impact for charity sector communications – and the story in this film really told itself. Focusing on Sophie and her diagnosis journey, the film covers some of the issues faced by her and other MS contributors and celebrates the supporting role of the MS Society in the community, centering on the theme of togetherness, where hope meets help.
MS is a neurological condition that causes the immune system to attack the nerves. It’s unpredictable and manifests itself differently for everyone, so can be extremely difficult to diagnose. The care and support that the MS Society provide can help with everything from diagnosis and medication to rights at work.
We’re proud to have helped create a beautiful, impactful film for the MS Society’s new website launch, an interactive version where viewers can read further stories, a social teaser and a set of GIFs to drive traffic and support the wider campaign. ‘The team at Morever impressed us with a strong vision for how our brand story, community and the journey people living with MS go on could translate on screen. They showed incredible sensitivity to the complex range of emotions that come with an MS diagnosis.’
